Every football journey has to start somewhere. We believe Stop Out Stars is the perfect introduction to football.
Our sessions for 4-6-year-olds have been going on for many years. Each year we continue to grow. 1000s of children have gone through the programme, and many continue to play in our older age group programmes.
ENGAGING CHILDREN IN A SAFE, FUN AND REWARDING ENVIRONMENT
The purpose of Stop Out Stars is to provide early engagement for players as young as 4 years old into the game. It helps allow children the opportunity to discover the game, provide for learning basic fundamental movement skills and create positive football experiences. It is essential for us at Stop Out Sports Club that young players are exposed to a high-quality experience that is designed to meet their needs. This will be their first experience of practicing and playing football in an organised environment, which can be the deciding factor for whether football becomes their sport of choice.

Stop Out Skill Builders
U7 + U8
Igniting a passion for the game!
Our Skill Builders programme is aimed at all players who want an enjoyable football experience. We play games and activities that are exciting and fun which also include fundamental movements, eye-hand and eye-foot coordination.

Hutt Park
Every 3 weeks, Capital Football hosts Fun Football Festivals where clubs meet up to play small-sided football games in 5v5 format. These are located at various locations around the Hutt Valley early on Saturday mornings in place of our in-house sessions.
