- First Kicks/Stars | Born 2021–2019
- U7-U8 Fun Football | Boys born 2018–2017, Girls born 2018–2016
- U9-U12 Mixed Junior Football | Boys born 2016–2013, Girls born 2016–2013
- U8-U12 Girls Only Junior Football | Girls born 2017–2013
- U13-U17 Youth Football | Born 2012–2008
Senior Football Options
- Senior Women’s Football | 15+ years
- Senior Men’s Football | 16+ years
- Senior Masters Football | 35+ years
Season Dates
- Junior & Youth Football (Stars, U7/8, U9-U15) | May 3rd – August 30th, 2025
- Capital Development Youth Leagues (U13-U17 TDP) | April 27th – September 27th, 2025
- Senior Football:
March 29th – First weekend for Men’s Central League 2
April 5th – First weekend for all other Women’s, Men’s, and Mixed Senior leagues
