Another first in 2015 for our women’s football!
Natasha Ingram has been selected for the 2015 Capital Football National Women’s League squad. This is significant as goal keeper Natasha is Stop Out’s first ever player to be selected in this squad.
The Capital Football squad plays matches against the other six Federations plus a NZF Development team ( U 17 national squad) in the ASB Women’s League.
Our CL team’s player of the year has had a great year in goal and following the recent trial process it got even better with her selection in the team for the 2015 campaign.
Central League Women’s Coach Mike Gibbs is full of praise for Natasha’s efforts. “Tash has worked really hard on her game this year and her selection is richly deserved. The club wish her and the team well for the coming months and look forward to seeing how they perform on the national stage”.
Here’s to many more Red and Gold’s flying the flag in years to come!
