First Team Coaching Vacancy
Stop Out is seeking a passionate and experienced coach to lead our Central League 2 team in the upcoming season. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic club with a proud history and a strong commitment to developing local talent, supported by a strong club culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the first team coaching group across training sessions, tactical strategies and matchday preparation.
- Work closely with the club’s committee and other coaches to ensure seamless integration and pathways across all teams.
- Represent the values of Stop Out Sports Club and our motto of “Alter alterius onera portate” with a positive and inclusive team culture.
Experience
- Proven coaching experience at a competitive level.
- Minimum NZF C Licence (working towards a B Licence)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A commitment to the long-term success of the team and club.
